अब जर्मनी सी चमकेंगी साइबर सिटी की सड़कें
गुड़गांव, वरिष्ठ संवाददाता : योजना सिरे चढ़ी तो साइबर सिटी की सड़कों पर चलते वक्त वाहनों में बैठे लोगों को हिचकोले नहीं खाने पड़ेंगे। नगर निगम ने जर्मन तकनीक पर शहर की सड़कों को बनाने व उन्हें समतल करने की तैयारी कर ली है। निगमायुक्त सुधीर राजपाल ने सड़क निर्माण व लेवलिंग में नई तकनीक का इस्तेमाल करने की फाइल पर मुहर भी लगा दी है। शुक्रवार को नगर निगम गुड़गांव इंजीनियरिंग विंग की टीम ने सोहना चौक पर कोल्ड मिलिंग तकनीक का परीक्षण भी शुरू कर दिया। इस अवसर पर नगर निगम के मुख्य अभियंता बीएस सिंगरोहा ने नारियल तोड़ इसका शुभारंभ किया। इस अवसर पर निगम के अधीक्षक अभियंता वाइके गर्ग व कार्यकारी अभियंता राजेश बंसल सहित कई अधिकारी मौजूद थे। चीफ इंजीनियर ने बताया कि नगर निगम ने इस कोल्ड मिलींग तकनीक मशीन डब्ल्यू 100 का गुडगांव में पहली बार इस्तेमाल किया है। गुड़गांव में निगम के लगभग सभी अभियंताओं के सामने इसका पहला परीक्षण किया गया। इस मशीन द्वारा सोहना चौक से गुरुद्वारा रोड की तरफ सड़क का लेवल करते हुए परीक्षण किया गया। यह मशीन रिटगन ग्रुप जर्मनी की है, जो पूरे विश्व में सड़क के निर्माण और सड़क के लेवल का कार्य करती है। भारत में रिटगन इंडिया की 80 से ज्यादा कोल्ड मिलींग मशीनें है, जो सड़क निर्माण की विभिन्न परियोजनाओं का कार्य कर रही हैं। इस मशीन से सड़क निर्माण की गुणवत्ता व प्राकृतिक संसाधनों को बरकरार रखा जाता है। इस मशीन के जरिए ऊ बड़-खाबड़ सड़कों को एक लेवल कर उससे हटाई गई सामग्री का पुन: इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है। सिंगरोहा ने कहा कि मशीन सड़क के लेवल को, पानी व ड्रेन के लेवल को, मोड़ व जोड़ को ठीक रखती है। परीक्षण में मशीन खरी उतरी है लिहाजा सड़क बनाने में इसकी मदद ली जाएगी।

Godrej Properties to buy 34 acre in Vikhroli, Mumbai


Godrej Properties' subsidiary Godrej Vikhroli Property LLP has entered into an agreement with group company Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company for buying 34.2 acres at Vikhroli suburb of Mumbai for Rs 717 crore, the company informed Bombay Stock Exchange on Friday.
Godrej VIkhroli Property will be paying the entire consideration over five and a half years from the proceeds of the development. Godrej VIkhroli Property is a limited liability partnership between the Godrej Properties and Godrej Industries incorporated in 2011.
Godrej Properties is already developing a mixed-use project The Trees on the said 34.2 acre.
